I have always been passionate about natural medicine and have spent over 22 years in the field. With qualifications in Psychology, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Homoeopathy, and a Masters in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, I have helped thousands of people improve their health and transform their lives.
My expertise lies in treating gut health issues, including sensitivities and intolerances, IBD, as well as fertility support and mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. I have a particular interest in and love for supporting women over 35 and into their 40s to prepare their body, mind, and spirit for pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Having had my own challenges on the fertility journey, I understand how hard it can be, hence my desire to help women become Mumma’s is a special one.
In addition to my extensive knowledge in natural medicine, I also practice Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, and Pranic Healing. I believe in evidence-based natural medicine, working with the latest research in nutritional and herbal medicine, functional medicine testing, as well as traditional practices such as improving diet, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. I blend my experience of eastern and western philosophy and love using acupuncture to support lasting change in my patients. I practice from my clinic of 20 years in Black Rock, Melbourne and online.
