Rachel Woo is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner experienced in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and TCM Nutrition. With sound knowledge in traditional natural therapies as well as a Masters in Brain and Mind Sciences, Rachel utilises an integrated and wholistic therapeutic approach tailored to the individual’s physical, mental and emotional well-being.
In addition to private practice, Rachel has co-run workshops in China, Malaysia, Nepal and New Zealand, teaching acupuncture to medical staff and healthcare professionals in private and hospital settings. She previously held a clinical supervising role at the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in 2016 volunteered with the Acupuncture Relief Project, providing free primary healthcare to rural villages in Nepal where there was no access to medical care.
Rachel’s areas of focus are in mental health (anxiety & depression), women’s health, children’s health, musculoskeletal issues and chronic pain syndromes. Aware of how an imbalanced diet and state of mind are the leading causes of chronic illness, Rachel is passionate in advocating mindfulness, healthy eating and sustainability practices. Rachel practices Qi Gong and Meditation daily, and being a Classical Chinese Music enthusiast, she enjoys playing the Gu Zheng (Chinese Zither).

Step 5: Your claim is now pending and an email verification has now been sent to ANTA for approval. Once approved, you will be notified via email and an Edit button will appear on your profile page giving you access to update your profile information.
